Music Game—Drumheadz
I led the end-to-end UX and brand design of Drumheadz, a rhythm-based music game for Gen Z, from concept to prototype. By integrating cultural storytelling into interactive coaching, I boosted user engagement—especially among Asian audiences. I conducted user research, benchmarked 6 games, and designed 20+ high-fidelity wireframes, doubling interaction efficiency. I also developed a cohesive visual system and investor-ready pitch deck, aligning product vision with business goals.
